My Grammy Winning Album

Elly Lou  found this post from Avitable and followed the instructions to create her very own album cover. Elly Lou  felt a little hurt and disappointed over her own Platinum hit "Smart Balance".  I am not sure why.  Ok, well I kind of am.  And still... it inspired me. Giant wannabe me, hanging on Elly's every word, mostly.
Check out my album cover below.  Cabariot!   I could not be more pleased.  It feels almost promising, or possibly a mistake.  Like when you see an A on a grade sheet beside your name and the teacher has to tell you there was a mix up. Anyway, Yay me.  Thanks Elly Lou♥  I was certain I would be assigned, even randomly, something completely unworkable or in some way affirming of the way I, too often, see myself.  I am tempted to try again just to see how random it actually is.  But I am afraid.

Come on, You know you want to.
  1. Go to the “Random Article” link on Wikipedia. Write down the title of the article. This is the name of your band.
  2. Go to “Random Quotations” and the last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
  3. Go to Flickr and click on “Explore the Last Seven Days”. The third picture will be your album cover.
I hope you will invite me to check out your album cover.  Have fun.

  1. Girl! That thing is fantastic! I would totally show up at your concert wearing my Cabriot tee. I would be THAT GUY for you. Maybe The Meat Curtains could be your opening act?

  4. I did this one a while back ... it was so fun. Group names are so ridiculous that any of them sound like they could be real.

  5. I love your album cover and I love your use of the "♥" symbol.

Your thoughts are welcome here. As long as they are kind. Or maybe just not unkind.
